There is no rain date or alternate date for this event as it runs rain or shine. Event Director reserves the right to alter or cancel any part of the race or the entire race due to inclement weather or dangerous conditions including water quality. There will be no refunds and you assume the risk when purchasing your entry. All fees have gone to produce this event including non-refundable fees that the race producer incurs. If the event is cancelled due to governmental change or municipal interference more than 30 days from event date, entrants will receive a pro-rated refund based on the total entry fee revenue received minus all non-refundable expenses that have been incurred. Within 30 days of race date, no refunds will be given. No transfers or substitutions allowed under any circumstance. By entering the race you agree to these terms. Terms are subject to change.
